They are further asked to think of any celebrity who has appeared in their chosen movie from a list of 30 different possibilities. The mentalist is then able to reveal the person whom they are thinking of in a laser direct fashion.

HOW ACCURATE OR COMPLETE THE AD COPY IS:
It is accurate, but it should be noted that the mind reading aspect of this – revealing the thought-of actor – is the main routine. The “icing,” or showing how they are influenced in picking this actor, is not necessary and even Michael Murray advises that you should do this when you don’t get that strong reaction from the basic routine.
SET-UP AND RE-SET:
This is just a folded magazine page and the re-set simply involves folding the page back up and putting it in your wallet or pocket.

JHEFF’S JUDGMENT:
This versatile, easy-to-use direct piece of mentalism, which is a welcome update to a classic Ned Rutledge effect, is definitely one of the best items to come out this year. The package, which is incredibly reasonable for the price, includes three of the magazine pages, plus that three-hour plus workshop and instructional video (though the basics are explained in the first twenty minutes or so).
