It’s accurate enough, though it doesn’t mention that marker brand that is being used is a Staedtler permanent marker with a bullet tip.
SET-UP AND RE-SET:
You put the cap back on the pen and it’s re-set.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED THAT YOU NEED OR NEED TO KNOW:
There’s not a variety of routines included, so if you don’t like the included ones, you will have to seek out others or create some yourself.

JHEFF’S JUDGMENT:
Unlike Joao Miranda’s Mental Pen, this pen can easily and invisibly switch between the write and no-write mode. It’s not disguised as a Sharpie, so that may be a deal-breaker for some, otherwise Mind Marker is much more practical and definitely the write/no-write marker that I will be using, when I need to use one.
