The Magician lays down a sealed envelope and a pack of cards.
The Magician asks the spectator to choose a number between 1 and 52. They can change their mind if they like.
The spectator is instructed to pick up the deck of cards and take the cards out of the box. (The magician doesn’t touch the cards). They are instructed to deal the cards face down until they get to their chosen number. They take their card and set it aside. They deal the rest of the cards down showing it is a complete deck.
The spectator turns over his selected card to see what he chose. The remaining deck is spread out to show that their card is not duplicated in the deck and the deck is normal.
The spectator opens the envelope and pours out what is inside. They will find another card face down. When they turn over this card it will match their chosen card!

My Comments
This is an impressive card prediction at any number, so long as the conditions meet your needs. In other words, if you don't mind using a special deck of cards, then this may be the card at any number you're looking for. By the way, just to make this clear, this is NOT an any card at any number. It's a prediction at any number. And, though the deck is special and it does require some participant management, the participant can handle the deck the entire time. That's one of the key features in this product.
The blurb contains one line that may be misleading. It says, "They deal the rest of the cards down showing it is a complete deck." The term "complete" refers to the number of
cards in the deck as opposed to 51 different faces shown. In other words, the cards are dealt face down, not face up. Now this is mentioned earlier in the blurb, but I reiterate
that just to clarify so that there's no confusion. One final note on this that some may not like that this has to be done. Unfortunately, for the routine to work as described, the rest of the cards must be dealt. This is definitely a major consideration.
Another consideration is that to re-set the deck you must re-deal the entire deck back into their original order. Also, you cannot repeat the effect immediately as the outcome will remain the same. This is easily overcome if you buy additional decks, but then you must carry around these additional decks.
The package contains a 30-minute DVD instruction video, plus 4-page PDF files of the instructions in both English and Spanish, along with the special deck. Honestly, I think most mentalists probably know many ways to do this routine without using a special deck, and I'd wager that those ways are better. However, this deck does what it claims and has some features which may well be attractive to the working mentalist.
