The Blurb

The Plot:

NO PRE-SHOW!!! WHAT THEY SEE, IS WHAT IT IS!

Ok, now that that is out of the way…

You display a few sheets of newspaper and the audience chooses one to work with. You tear the paper in half and they make ALL the decisions as to which half to toss away, and which half to keep; until you are down to a small scrap of paper.

You ask a volunteer to join you on stage to make the final decision. Place the last two pieces in their hands and ask them to throw one away. You tell them to choose a target word on the remaining scrap they are holding, and zero in on it. They announce the word they have chosen. Then, you open your prediction, which has been in full view, and show them the EXACT word printed in big bold letters. You never miss.

THEY MAKE EVERY CHOICE ALONG THE WAY!

The kit comes with all the necessary accoutrements, including a full stage routine, replete with hilarious jokes and a storyline that is truly entertaining. (You supply the newspaper). The best part is, it all fits in your pocket in the pack small, play big style we love so much!

There is a full training movie with tips and tricks on how to make this piece, (as well as all the mentalism you do) more convincing and most importantly… entertaining!

This is not fake news… this is Disinformation!

Jheff's Guide

WHAT IT IS:
Effect with Props

HOW ACCURATE OR COMPLETE THE BLURB IS:
It’s accurate enough.

SET-UP AND RE-SET:
Besides obtaining the newspaper (or whatever you’d like to tear), you’ll need to prepare the newspaper which involves setting up a special something and loading your prediction into the wallet.  This should take a few minutes.

SUITABLE VENUES:
Parlour, Stage, Internet

JHEFF’S JUDGMENT:
Scott Alexander always comes out with solid, tested, experienced material that’s pretty much ready to go right out of the package and that is what justifies the price. If you want to add this now classic mentalism plot into your act and you don’t currently have a practical version that you’re content with, Scott’s version is something that I would recommend as a serious investment.
