You cannot use a regular deck for this. You must put the deck together using specific other decks that most mentalists and magicians already have, but, if not, they are easily obtainable from your local magic dealer.

This is a brilliant version of the classic Q&A act, but involving playing cards and a potpourri of principles woven together to make a solid Q&A act, many of these principles being longtime favorites of Luke Jermay. If this appeals to you, then this is an extraordinary routine by one of today’s modern masters and is highly recommended.
