The Blurb

Three numbers chosen by three spectators are added together, another spectator counts to the card at that number in a blue backed deck, it proves to be the only red backed card in the deck with the freely chosen number written on the back.

The Any Card At Any Number effect has been around for many years and has become somewhat of a Holy Grail for many magicians and mentalists.

For the first time in this 30 minute video Scott shares his own hybrid version of the effect taken from his professional repertoire.

One Deck, Two Predictions, Three Variations.

Easy to do with an almost instant reset time so it is ideal for table hopping, AUCAAUN uses no sleight of hand, no deck switches and no complicated calculations, just a single deck of cards you can prepare yourself in a matter of minutes.

AUCAAUN includes three variations of the routine so you can pick which one suits your style or mix and match for repeat performances.

Jheff's Guide

WHAT IT IS:
Instantly viewable/downloadable video, approx. 30 min.

HOW ACCURATE OR COMPLETE THE BLURB IS:
It is accurate.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED THAT YOU NEED OR NEED TO KNOW:
You will need two decks of different colored backs, such as red and blue, but they can be any colors so long as one has a light back so that you can write numbers on it.  You’ll also need a permanent ink marker and about ten minutes of one-time preparation.

SUITABLE VENUES:
Close-up, Parlour, Walkaround

JHEFF’S JUDGMENT:
Though similar to David Regal’s “Self-Evident,” one of my very favorite mentalism card effects, this one has an added kicker of being able to predict the number of cards dealt. If you like mentalism with playing cards, like I do (and most other professionals), then this one certainly merits your attention, although, to be fair, anything Scott Creasey does merits attention.
